Watching movies in general is overall a great experience, and there are many reasons why. Movies give us something to look forward to, such as amazing story lines, characters, settings, and it gives us excitement to see what happens next when a sequel to a specific film is announced. Movies also bring many emotions to its viewers. They make us sad, happy, excited, worried, and even hopeful. Bringing these emotions to it's viewers can enhance their "emotional intelligence". For the best experience, it is highly suggested to watch the film in the movie theater itself, for it includes surround sound, snacks and drinks, trailers, and the big screen. The experience is even better when you bring your family and friends to enjoy the film with you as well, creating unforgettable memories. When going to the movies, people often choose movies that they consider a "must-see" in theaters, and it will be depicted by their interests, when it comes to the genre or plot. When it comes to a specific must-see movie in theaters, I feel that the movie would be Spider-Man No Way Home, the movie that came out on December 17th, 2021.

Spider-Man No Way Home is the final movie to Tom Holland's Spider-Man trilogy, created by Marvel. It categorizes in action and adventure. The plot is about how Spider-Man's true identity (Peter Parker) is revealed, so Peter Parker can no longer separate his normal life from his secret life as Spider-Man himself. The reveal not only affected Peter majorly, it affected his closest family and friends as well. In order to try and fix this for him and his loved ones, he goes to Doctor Strange, but only makes things even more complicated by messing up one of Doctor Strange's spells, causing the multiverse to open up, inviting unwanted guests from other universes to his.

The reason why this movie is a must-see in theaters is highly because of the amazing reveals and twists in the film. These reveals include special actor appearances from the Spider-Man films that star Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield. Another huge reveal was actually the two actors appearing as their Spider-Man characters, entering Tom's universe because of the glitch in the multiverse. What makes these reveals even better is another reason why it is in fact a must-see in theaters, and that is the audience. In the first few weeks that a movie is released to theaters, the audience is most commonly seeing that movie because it peaks their interest. When a movie theater is filled with viewers that have common interests, they are likely to react the same to certain things in the film they are watching.

When watching Spider-Man No Way Home, the audience was excited to see all of these reveals and they shared many emotions, emotions including grief, excitement, hope, worry, and happiness. When sharing such emotions with a fair amount of people, the energy in that event is indescribable in the best way possible. It is an experience that can really make you feel so alive and in the moment. I personally went to see this movie in the theaters on pre-opening night, and it was definitely one of my favorite experiences so far. I have never been so excited and eager to watch and finish a movie till that night, when I got to share this experience with so many other people. To watch this movie at home, it would still be fun to watch and see what happens from beginning to end, but it would definitely not be the same, because the energy you feel in the theater that really puts you in the moment is more faint with less people to experience the emotions with.

Genres of film that are better to watch at home revolve around independent films, romantic comedies, and comfort films. Coming down to it, it is so much better to see movies that involve action, adventure, excitement, and suspense in the theater, because it really does make it seem that you are facing what the characters are experiencing in the film. Spider-Man No Way Home is the definition of all of those genres combined, and it even includes emotions of grief and hopelessness, truly bringing out the feel of attachment to the film and it's characters.

In conclusion, Spider-Man No Way Home is a "must see" in theaters, because of its emotional effects on the audience and yourself, the reveals and plot twists are phenomenal and unexpected, it gives you a better experience with the surround sound and setting, the snacks and drinks, and the overall plot of the story.
