Interstellar is one of the most fascinating movies I have ever seen. The leading actor, Matthew McConaughey, who plays Cooper in the movie, is set to go on a mission for NASA to find a new planet to start life on. The Earth they live on is slowly failing, meaning there are not enough food supplies and the amount of oxygen there is getting very limited. This puts the human population on the brink of extinction. Cooper, who is also one of NASA's former pilots, is asked to go on this space mission with other researchers because not only are they going to space, but they have to somehow make their way into a wormhole, which has never been done before. Throughout the movie, they have to make tough decisions that can affect their humanity forever which leaves you wanting to watch more. Due to the movie's beautifully made soundtrack and astonishing graphics, Interstellar needs to be first seen on the big screen.

The groundbreaking scenes all start off with Hans Zimmer's amazing string and violin instrumentals. This makes the experience for watching a movie 100 times better when the songs played in the background match perfectly with the scenes. Every time I hear the Interstellar soundtrack, I can vividly distinguish in my head the scenes that the songs were played in and I instantly get chills because that is how captivating those parts of the movie were. The impact of this soundtrack truly is incredible and it deserves to be first heard in an auditorium, to surely experience the full effect of the movie.

The most breathtaking scene I have ever laid my eyes on was in this movie. During one of the last scenes, Cooper falls through a black hole but this black hole somehow is the entrance to a tesseract. This tesseract is a projection of a human being's lifespan from the 5th dimension, which was mirrored from Cooper's fourth dimensional thinking. In simpler terms, he was able to look back on his past memories. He then somehow was able to shift time to deliver a message to his daughter. This amazing scene leaves you wondering if this is actually possible to do. The graphics were so realistic, I sometimes wondered if some scenes weren't fictional. You could tell that every scene that was in space was made with perfection from the director of the movie. Projecting this on a big screen, will not only be pleasing to the eye, but it would look even more naturalistic, making this movie gratifying to watch.

The storyline was very well put together and as the movie played out, it progressively got better and better. It overall was so fascinating to see the fictional science that was incorporated into this movie. I think I've watched it about 5 times in the past two years and each time, I am still blown away, from the beginning to end of the movie. This is why I believe Interstellar deserves to be seen, for the very first time, on the big screen.
